Before scientists and researchers joined in the fun to unlock the delicious Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Roll Pop: There was one brave cartoon boy asking a brainy bird "Mr. Owl, How Many Licks Does It Take?". While we never got an answer from the wise Mr. Owl, these two commercial stars opened our eyes and our stomachs to a mouthwatering mystery. To celebrate these icons, we've created this Tootsie Pop shirt inspired by the classic 60s commercial featuring the famous question. For the complete vintage look and feel of this candy shirt - we've distressed the graphic and printed it on a soft, brown heather tee.
