Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
To start a return, please email shop@rerunthe80s.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team operates Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM EST.
We respond to most emails within 2 business days (excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays).
During large restocks or new launches, responses may take 1–2 additional business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Include:

Your order number

Photos of the item and packaging if possible
Print-on-Demand Items (Important)
Many of our products are made to order.
Because of this, returns on print-on-demand items are limited to a one-time courtesy per customer.
After a courtesy return has been used, future returns on print-on-demand items will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
If you need to return an item, please include a note inside the package with:

Your order number (Example: R800001)

The items being returned or exchanged

The shipping address for exchanges (if different from the original order)
If available, include the original packing slip as your receipt.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

Return the original item

Place a new order for the item you want
Once the return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Washed or worn merchandise

Items damaged by the customer

Autographed products

Trading cards

Undergarments or intimates (bras, boxers, etc.)

Digital content

Gift cards

Items marked Final Sale
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bundle Discounts & Free Items
If your order included a bundle discount or free item, the entire bundle must be returned.
If only part of the bundle is returned, the discount or free item will be voided and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility, our team will review it and confirm the return.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

The refund will include the item price and applicable tax

Shipping costs are not refunded
